QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A graduate degree from an accredited university and current licensure with the BBS/BOP
2. A minimum of two years post-licensure experience providing treatment to youth and families
3. Completion of requirements for the provision of clinical supervision
4. Prior experience in the provision of mental health services to adolescents (residential treatment experience preferred)
5. Ability to work collaboratively and constructively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
6. Must have problem-solving skills and the ability to set behavioral limits
7. Must show a basic understanding of the students we work with
8. Must show an ability to set appropriate boundaries and establish professional relationships with our students

Salary range: $83,203.20-$89,443.44/per year
